Order Processing Time

How to Track Your Order
Tracking your shipment is simple. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Locate the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

- Enter your email and order number (or tracking number).
- Click “Track” to see live updates on your package’s journey.
Note: If your tracking number doesn’t work immediately, please wait 24-72 hours. Carriers often need a day to scan the package into their system after collection.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, carrier handovers to local postal services, or air and ground transportation disruptions.

International Shipping
For international orders, your local customs office may apply additional duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local government and are not collected or controlled by us. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any applicable customs charges. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the package may be abandoned by the carrier, and no refund can be issued for refused shipments.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. The damaged item will have to be returned for inspection to our return address provided by our Customer Support Team.
Lost in Transit: If the tracking status has not updated in 10+ days, please contact us. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a free replacement.
Stolen Packages (Marked “Delivered” but missing): If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find it: Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors. Contact your local post office immediately (they often have geolocation data for the delivery scan).
Policy Note: We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
