RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you’ve changed your mind, received a damaged item, or encountered an issue, we’ve made our return process simple and stress-free.
Important: Returns must be approved in advance and sent only to the return address provided with your RMA; items sent without approval or company address will not be processed.
30-Day Refund Guarantee
You can return products purchased from us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange if:
- You have received a damaged product.
- The product is defective.
- You have received the wrong item.
- You have changed your mind (Subject to “Return Conditions” below).
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions based on your reason for return.
Defective/Damaged Items: If the item arrived damaged or is defective, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind the item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. All included accessories must be returned.
Health & Personal Care (including supplements, topical creams, and beauty items) cannot be returned once opened, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
General Merchandise (including gadgets, accessories, and clothing) must be returned in original condition with no signs of use beyond normal inspection.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return a Product (Step-by-Step)
Step #1: Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Full Name, Email, Order Number, and a brief description of the reason for the return. If the product is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos to your request to help us expedite the process.
Step #2: Our support team will review your inquiry (typically within 3 business days). If your request meets our return conditions, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the specific return address.
Important: Do not send returns without prior approval. Returns received without an RMA form, prior notice, or sent to any address other than the return address provided by our Customer Support Team cannot be processed.
Please do not send returns to our company address, P.O. boxes, or any other address not explicitly provided in your return approval.
Step #3: Re-pack your product safely and securely. Print the provided RMA form and place it inside the package.
Step #4: Send the package to the return address provided by our support team.
Important: Once shipped, please email us the return tracking number to ensure prompt processing of your refund. Returns without tracking numbers may be refused.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 days for inspection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Returns that do not meet the stated return conditions may be declined.
